Put the mince into a bowl along with garlic powder, smoked paprika, chilli powder (if using), oregano, salt and pepper and grated cheese
Mix everything really well together then shape into 8 roughly equal sized balls
Heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan large enough to fit the tortilla
Place in a meatball then top with one of the tortillas. Flatten slightly with your hand then use a large saucepan to push down on the burger until it's flattened quite thin
Fry for 4-5 minutes until cooked through then flip and cook for a further minute
Lift onto a plate and add the toppings
Repeat for the remaining meatballs
