Chia Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 tblsp Revolution Foods Cacao Powder
  • 1/4 cup Revolution Foods Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tblsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tblsp smooth peanut butter

Optional

  • fresh berries, sliced banana, Revolution Foods Cacao Nibs

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients - except the optional ones - into a medium bowl or jug and stir until everything is very well incorporated
  2. Put into the fridge for at least a couple of hours or overnight until the 'pudding' is set
  3. Eat straight out of the bowl or pretty it up with some fresh berries, banana and crunchy cacao nibs!
