Baobab Tropical Fruit Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed tropical fruits – papaya, melon, pineapple, mango – peeled, diced and frozen (see note)
  • 1 banana – peeled and broken into chunks
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tblsp Revolution Foods Organic Baobab Powder
  • Extra toppings – sliced banana, melon balls, goji berries, dessicated coconut, Hodmedod’s Quinoa Puffs etc
  • Blender – we use a Nutribullet RX

Instructions

  1. Simply tip everything into a blender cup and whizz until smooth
  2. Pour into a chilled bowl, top with some extras of your favourite fruits, seeds, nuts, berries etc
  3. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Instead of buying and preparing all the individual fruit you can just buy a bag of mixed tropical fruit from the freezer aisle - saves a heap of time!
