Acai and Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1-2 bananas – peeled, sliced and frozen
  • 1 large handful frozen blueberries
  • 1 tblsp Revolution Foods Organic Acai Berry Powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • Blender or juice extractor – we love our Nutribullet RX!

Instructions

  1. Simply throw all the ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth
  2. Pour into a chilled bowl and top with your favourite fruits, nuts, seeds etc
  3. Enjoy!

Notes

  • If you want it to be more sorbet like than ice cream you can substitute the almond milk for coconut water!
