Vegan snacks can be as easy as store bought hummus and some carrot sticks. But if you want something a little different – from on the go bars and bites to decadent donuts and healthy savoury nibbles – we’ve got you covered!
One of my weaknesses are snacks. Especially late afternoon right before dinner. I think it goes back to working split shifts and always eating around 3pm before going back to work for the night. These days I blame blogging. Writing up the posts and recipes usually happens in the afternoon. And all this descriptive writing about food makes me hungry! Enter the vegan snacks .. we’ve got:
- Savoury snacks – nibbly nuts and chickpeas, a variety of hummus and even a kale recipe!
- Muffins
- Ice creams and ice lollies
- Snack bars
- Energy balls/bars
- Cookies
- Cakes and donuts
All vegan snacks and all worth making (and enjoying!)
